Where do the leads come from?
Consumer quote requests are generated through our own acquisition funnel and routed into HPL for validation and delivery.
How can leads be delivered?
We work with any CRM, webhook, or email workflow. BATS CRM has also verified HPL as an official lead provider.
What qualifies for a replacement?
From the portal, report a specific lead and submit a replacement request for an invalid phone number, invalid email address, or clearly fake submission.
Can I change daily volume?
Yes. Ask your manager to adjust daily volume. Changes depend on current capacity and plan availability.
How does billing work?
Paid delivery uses a prepaid balance. If you continue after the trial, fund one week based on your plan and daily volume. Each delivered lead debits the balance. Below $100, the card is charged for the next week. The trial does not convert automatically.
