Information you provide and information collected automatically.
When you request availability or a trial, we may collect your brokerage name, business email, direct phone number, MC number, and any plan or delivery preferences you choose to share.
We may also collect standard technical information such as browser type, device information, referring page, approximate location, and interactions with the site so we can operate and improve it.
02 / HOW WE USE IT
We use the information to evaluate fit and operate the service.
We use submitted information to verify brokerage details, contact you about availability, configure delivery, administer a trial, support a paid account, prevent misuse, and maintain records related to our business relationship.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand site and product performance.
03 / SHARING
Service providers receive only what they need to perform their work.
We may share information with vendors that support hosting, analytics, communications, billing, fraud prevention, CRM delivery, and other business operations. They are expected to use it only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
04 / RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed.
Retention depends on the nature of the information, our relationship with the brokerage, legal obligations, dispute-resolution needs, and operational requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
You may ask us to update inaccurate brokerage contact information or to stop non-essential communications. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights depending on your location.
Submitting a website form does not automatically enroll your brokerage in paid lead delivery. Paid delivery begins only after you separately choose to continue, link a card, and fund the account.
